On 26 May 2025, a meeting of the Third Council of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow (URK) was held in the Senate Hall of Collegium Godlewskiego. The Council is chaired by Tomasz Jacek, Ph.D. Eng., Director of the National Research Institute of Animal Production.
The University Council, composed of representatives of the scientific, business, and student communities and appointed by the URK Senate, supports the university in achieving its strategic goals and supervises its activities.
The URK University Council for the 2025–2028 term consists of:

- Dr Marta Kutyna-Bakalarska, Director of the Innovation Management Department, Maspex Group Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.
- Katarzyna Lalik, M.A., President of the Management Board of the Cooperative Bank in Zator
- Prof. Rafał Barański, Ph.D. Eng. – Representative of the University of Agriculture
- Prof. Paweł Satora, Ph.D. Eng. – Representative of the University of Agriculture
- Katarzyna Połeć-Kołodziej, M.Sc. Eng. – Representative of the University of Agriculture

The University Council plays an important advisory and supervisory role, supporting the development of the University and ensuring the transparency and effectiveness of its operations.
