On 31 August – 1 September 2024, the National Harvest Festival of Jasna Góra took place, accompanied by the 33rd National Agricultural Exhibition. The exhibition was held under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
The National Research Institute of Animal Production prepared an exhibition stand, located in the Science sector, which was visited by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including Minister Czesław Siekierski, Undersecretary of State Adam Nowak, as well as other persons representing the science and agricultural extension sector.
Visitors were introduced to studies on current research activities, an offer of laboratory services, and publications related to native breeds of farm animals. Products made from the raw material of native animal breeds: the Puławska pig and the Polish Red cow were tasted.
