On 22 March 2024, the 227th meeting of the Scientific Council of the National Research Institute of Animal Production was held in Balice, during which:
- The Scientific Council and the Management of NRIAP thanked the former Director of NRIAP, Dr Krzysztof Duda.
- The doctoral oaths were taken by:
a) Dr Agnieszka Bieniek,
b) Dr Eng. Jakub Borkowski,
c) Dr Eng. Magdalena Jakiel,
d) Dr Eng. Jakub Lasek,
e) Dr Eng. Angelika Mąsior,
f) Dr Eng. Mariusz Meller,
g) Dr Eng. Mateusz Pankowski,
h) Dr Eng. Agnieszka Szumiec.
- Five postdoctoral degrees were conferred in the field of agricultural sciences in the discipline of animal husbandry and fisheries:
a) Małgorzata Natonek-Wiśniewska, Ph.D.
b) Klaudia Pawlina-Tyszko, Ph.D.,
c) Ewelina Semik-Gurgul, Ph.D.,
d) Anna Arczewska-Włosek, Ph.D.,
e) Jolanta Calik, Ph.D. - The supervisor and composition of the Doctoral Committee in the proceedings for the conferment of the degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences in the discipline of animal husbandry to Zuzanna Siudak, M.Sc. Eng., were elected.
- The reviewers and the composition of the Doctoral Committee in the proceedings for the conferment of the degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences in the discipline of animal husbandry to Alicja Wierzbicka, M.Sc. Eng., were elected.
- Positive opinion was given to:
a) the employment of Dr Magdalena Bryła as an assistant professor,
b) periodic evaluation of scientific and research and technical staff activity for the years 2022–2023,
c) a correction to the NRIAP Organizational Plan,
d) adjustment of the NRIAP Statute.
