On 15 December 2023, the 226th meeting of the Scientific Council of the National Research Institute of Animal Production was held remotely.
The Scientific Council gave a positive opinion on the report on the activities of the Doctoral School, as well as the financial plan and the research plan of the National Research Institute of Animal Production for 2024.
In addition, the Scientific Council deliberated on a number of items under personnel matters, adopting, among others, resolutions to confer the degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, in the discipline of animal husbandry and fisheries, to the following persons: Jakub Lasek, M.Sc.; Mariusz Meller, M.Sc.; Jakub Borkowski, M.Sc.; Joanna Pawłowska, M.Sc.; Agnieszka Bieniek, M.Sc.; Agnieszka Szumiec, M.Sc.; Mariusz Pankowski, M.Sc.; Magdalena Jakiel, M.Sc.; and Angelika Mąsior, M.Sc.
At the same time, in the case of Jakub Lasek, M.Sc., Piotr Meller, M.Sc. and Jakub Borkowski, M.Sc., the Council distinguished the dissertation and its defence.
