Robert Telus, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, awarded prizes to National Research Institutes for outstanding achievements in implementing progress in agriculture, rural development, agricultural markets and fisheries. At a ceremony held on 4 October 2023 at the National Institute of Culture and Rural Heritage, the awards were presented to the winners by Secretary of State Anna Gembicka. Thanking them for their research, scientific and implementation work, the Secretary encouraged the Institutes to popularize their achievements. The event also provided an opportunity for a debate in which experiences were exchanged between representatives of the agricultural sector, scientists, as well as government decision-makers. This year, for the first time, the finalists were selected through a competition.
