On 11-13 June 2022, the 3rd National Field Days 2022, organized by the Mazowiecki Agricultural Advisory Centre (MAAC), took place in Płońsk. The guiding motto of this year’s edition was agriculture of the future (#rolnictwoprzyszłości).

The event served to summarize the achievements of Polish agriculture and to popularize solutions within the aims of the European Green Deal. New crop cultivation technologies and the results of field experiments were presented in the MAAC Branch. Among the exhibitors were scientific research institutes and higher education institutes, as well as rural housewives’ associations.

Tradeshow days were preceded by a series of three thematic conferences. The first panel, with the participation of EPI-AGRI Operational Groups, dealt with rural development support. In the second panel, representatives of research institutes for the Green Deal in Poland took the floor. The third day of the conference was devoted to the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan for 2023-2027.

At its stand, the National Research Institute of Animal Production presented materials related to the native breeds of farm animals. In addition, there were culinary shows and the visitors were encouraged to taste products from the native breeds. The conference proper was attended by the employees of the National Research Institute of Animal Production: dr inż. Grażyna Polak and dr inż. Ewa Sosin. Panel discussions were streamed on the YouTube Channel and on Facebook (FB MODR).
